Nutrient deficiency can lead to megaloblastic anemia, which is a disorder of the blood that expands red blood cells.
Sources of vitamin B12: Contains seafood, organ meat, meat, eggs, dairy products to overcome vitamin B12 deficiency.

VITAMIN -D

Sunlight is the main source of vitamin D in the human body.
Therefore, exposure to sunlight is important to recover from this deficiency. Vitamin D is fat soluble in nature and acts like a steroid hormone in the body.
It travels to the different cells of the body through the bloodstream and tells them to activate or deactivate the genes.
Every cell in the body has a vitamin D receptor. The increased risk of fractures and muscle and bone weakness are some of the important symptoms of vitamin D deficiency.
It can even cause rickets in young children.

Sources of vitamin D: cod liver oil, salmon, egg yolks are a common source of vitamin D.
